I work with adults - Sessions are for 50 minutes - Face to Face or Online
Integrative Counselling
Person-Centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural therapy and Psychodynamic therapy
£55 per session
Trauma Therapy - Integrating the Flash Technique - Dream Completion
£60 per session
Counselling for adults who have experienced Adoption/Foster/Care system
£55 per session
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT - Tapping Therapy) Mindfulness Counselling
£55 per session
Single Session Therapy - SST (Cognitive Behavioural therapy based)
£55 per session
(double sessions are discounted by 10% - 1 hour 40 minutes is £99 instead of £110)
SST reduced fee is £49 for any additional 50 minutes added
Counselling Students
£38 per session - Online or face to face weekly. (I am afraid I do not offer, fortnightly or monthly sessions).
